AllRiSe Annual Report 2025

Insights into our work advancing corporate accountability and access to justice over the past year.
A Message From our CEO
It was the year we consciously broadened our scope, from advancing individual climate litigation to building a systemic approach capable of making accountability scalable. Our mission remained unchanged: to challenge those in power when their decisions harm people and the planet. But the way we pursue that mission matured significantly.
The past year combined tangible progress with significant pressure. We advanced strategic cases of global relevance, launched new legal and technological infrastructure, and witnessed a historic shift in international criminal law, the International Criminal Court's adoption of its environmental crimes policy in December 2025, a development that directly validates our pending People vs Bolsonaro case.
At the same time, this moment demands honesty. The political reality we face, shaped by Trump's America, the growing concentration of power among oligarchic elites, and the erosion of democratic norms has weakened precisely those actors who once stood visibly against systemic injustice. What we are witnessing is not merely discouragement but a deeper fatigue. Indifference and resignation have become our most dangerous adversaries, not because injustice has diminished, but because fewer people believe it can still be confronted.
We believe the opposite. The law remains a powerful, non-negotiable instrument. One capable of restraining power, protecting dignity, and restoring accountability. The time for polite restraint is over. If our work helps people stay engaged and trust that the law can still be enforced, then AllRise is doing what it was founded to do.
We are deeply grateful to our supporters, partners, and shareholders. Your trust enabled us to invest beyond individual cases, strengthening the conditions under which justice can be pursued professionally, predictably, and independently of political mood.
As we look toward 2026, our focus is clear: execution and consolidation. Flagship cases. Core products. Proof that purpose-driven litigation can be both impactful and sustainable.
