Too often, the ruthless in power violate human rights, destroy ecosystems, and undermine democracy, without consequence. Corporations profit from pollution, governments look away, and international institutions move too slowly. The result is a widening justice gap: communities suffer while those responsible walk free. AllRise exists to close that gap. We turn evidence of wrongdoing into enforceable justice by bringing together lawyers, scientists, activists, funders, and communities. With strategic litigation, innovative legal tools, and bold coalitions, we make even the most powerful actors answer in court. No one is too big, too far, or too untouchable.

Our impact so far

Founded in 2021, AllRise launched with The Planet vs. Bolsonaro, the first attempt to hold a head of state criminally accountable for climate crimes. This debut case reframed Amazon destruction as a crime against humanity and proved that international law can reach the highest office. From there, The Planet vs. Austria pushed the European Court of Human Rights to confront destructive soil sealing policies. Each case shifts systems, sets precedent, and inspires movements far beyond the courtroom.

Today, AllRise is more than a litigation team. We are building a global legal ecosystem: secure whistleblower platforms, plaintiff onboarding tools, innovative funding models, and AI-driven legal research. These tools empower communities and scale up litigation, multiplying the reach of every case.
