AllRise Climate Action is about systematically researching, initiating and developing climate litigation cases to the point at which they can attract large-scale third-party funding and be pursued in the courts.

• Our mission is to facilitate the use of existing laws to bring substantial, game-changing damages claims against entities that are gravely and persistently contributing to the Triple Planetary Crisis.

• Our impact on the climate agenda will come from forcing the perpetrators to change their ways by hitting them hard where it hurts most: their wallets.

• Successful cases with high payouts will have an important deterrent effect on other bad actors and will stimulate further lawsuits by other claimants, thus compounding the Fund’s impact.

• Although impact is our key objective, we will achieve all of this while delivering a financial ROI to our investors.
