Our Cases
In May 2023, AllRise Impact filed a state liability action against the Republic of Austria and two federations at the Austrian Constitutional Court, aiming to reduce the volume of soil sealing by adapting the laws accordingly (German only).
In October 2021, AllRise Impact filed a landmark case against Bolsonaro for crimes against humanity at the International Criminal Court.
